I have the honor to inform
You that two Lots of Crown Land to the South of Kennedy Road having been advertized for Sale, it became my duty, to point out to the Colonial Government that by Agreement entered into by the War Office this land was not to be sold until the Tytam Water had been laid on to the Barracks, and I forward Copy of letter from the Colonial Secretary,
No 821, dated 18-4-90 in reply to the above Communication.
